No not that.  I've seen reviews were implants were termed "Rock Hard".  I have passed on seeing several gals as a result.  Truth is, I'm not sure if I should take that as a literal description.  I'd hate to feel a breast that was truly "Rock Hard".  I'm sure some of you more experienced gentlemen can shed some light on the subject for me.

Breast after implant surgery heal like any other tissue, but because of monthly cycles, and extra fat, and the tendancy for the area to be delacate and have very thin skin, a condition known as Capsular Contrature can occur.  This condition can be painful for the woman, make her breasts look round-- like balls stuck on her chest, and as the scar tissue from the surgery heals, the tissue around the implant thickens, tightens around the implant, "gets hard" and feels hard and wrong.  There is really not a fix.  The surgeon can remove scar tissue, but then it will "heal" again and the cycle continues.  The only thing left is to remove the implant and reconstuct.  This is almost a genetic issue.  Some women have problems and some don't.  It has nothing to do with the type or size of implant, simply how the woman's scar tissue is formed.
