I did some research into Desert Divas (specifically named Drew yesterday, now AKA Amber today) and when they called me back, the listing on caller ID came up Night Partners... Thank GOD I did a search here and found a post listing their phone # saying to stay away...

None of the girls have reviews, and their site actually links to TER off of the warning page!!  The post could have been from a disgruntled ex-employee, but I don't think I'll chance it!!!

Anyone else have an opinion on this???

Allow me to introduce myself officially for the first time on these boards...

My name is Adam and I am part owner of Desert Divas and Night Partners Entertainment.  We are a non-rip off, high class agency that strives to bring an end to the bad reputation many agencies have unfortunately acquired due to the many cash and dash operations in Phoenix these days.  I was shocked to see this post as I had no idea that one of our former employees had spread such negative misinformation about our organization.

First, I'd like to address the lack of reviwews:

While we are not a new agency to Arizona, we are VERY new to the internet.  Our site has been up for a little over 1 month and is improving day by day.  This is simply the reason that our ladies have not been able to obtain any reviews as of yet.  In fact, we are so new to the ONLINE scene that our mainstream online ads haven't even been posted yet.  Our first set should go up on cityvibe sometime today or tomorrow.  The TER logo is listed on the main page because it is required by TER when you submit your WEB SITE for review.  We decided to change our name from Night Partners to Desert Divas (although we own both names) because Desert Divas could be advertised as more "region specific" in an online venue.

Now to address the negative post that was found...:

You were accurate in your assumption that the post was left by a disgruntled former employee. The young lady worked for us for approximately 5 months and I am omitting her name due to the firestorm of mudslinging it would cause.  Cutting right to the chase, she was fired over a drug related problem (we do not tolerate that) and was HIGHLY bitter about it.  Also, the claim that we use some sort of spy surveilance devices is completely bogus.  As for the claim that we supposedly employ "drivers", our girls are not required to bring a driver, therefore almost all of them don't.  Any driver they choose to independently employ will then have to be approved by the ownership and provide references.  This driver is in no way to have ANY contact with the customer whatsoever unless the girl is in physical danger. Period.

Unfortunately there is no way of course for me to prove this, but what I CAN do is to make it a bit easier for our ladies to acquire some positive reviews in order to set the record straight.

Allow me to provide a little more information bit about our service:

Our model's REAL and current photos, and ACCURATE average tip  information are listed and clearly explained on the website so there are ZERO surprises during your date.  The girl you see in the picture is the girl who will show up at your door.  We hire only full service, drug free entertainers who will stay for the full amount of time and make sure all your needs are tended to.  (in the case of the 75 dollar review offer, 1 hour)  We have both incall and outcall available and are open 24/7.  If you would like to schedule a SPECIFIC provider, please do so by giving as much advance notice as possible.  Last minute bookings with whichever model is immediately available is of course always acceptable, but we want to make sure that you see the provider that is right for you.  We intend to make many more improvements to the site very soon including: an online schedule that updates in realtime which girl is immediately available, a message forum for customers to share their experiences with one another about Desert Divas, and small video/audio clips of the ladies in order for our customers to get an even better idea of what they are going to experience and to further prove the authenticity of the photos.

Just wanted to say that I know all about disgruntled employees (I've got a list a mile long!!) and if everyone believed everything they heard about me I whould have had a "going out of business sale" along time ago.  I don't know you, but I do know that you were very polite and respectful when it came to using my photographs on your website (something that others just don't seem to get!) and that carrys a lot of weight with me.  

I also know that it is difficult to start a good agency from scratch, with no clients, no girls, no relationships etc. to start out with and support you.  I did it and I did it the RIGHT WAY! I made mistakes, hired the wrong girls, etc., but I always backed what I did and offered a way to make the bad experiences someone had good, like you are doing here.  That is why I've been a strong figure here for so long and have had my share of enemies and copy cats! I'm sure that if you truly are here for good it will come out in the end, just like it has with my service.  All you have to do is prove yourself, do the right thing and be ready to stand up for yourself and what you believe!!

Hey there... I really am not attacking you- With the cash and dash "agencies" here in town, one bad review out of one is a pretty bad percentage... the only reason I questioned anything is that there was NO response to the negative post.  I (and I am sure that most of us are the same way) almost seem to expect someone to stand up for themselves ( I really dislike that it is like that though).  I have always been trusting...too trusting most times  lol... and believe me- time permitting, I might just give you girls a shot...
