I think it all depends who is actually reviewing them at TER. Since I started in the business I have had several gentlemen telling me that the reviews haven't been approved for me. A few of them have even sent them to me, for me to read and see if there might be something that isn't appropriate and so on. I usually tell the gentlemen that one of the few reasons it might not be approved is because they are not explicit enough, but most of the time there doesn't seem to be any reason for not approving them.

Yes, maybe they are drunk or hungover, but maybe they are just not trained properly. Who knows...they just seem to be temperamental sometimes or maybe woke up on the wrong side of the bed

On another note, I have tried contacting TER for several weeks about something that is not correct in my TER profile and they simply refuse to answer and/or change it. Nothing I can do apparently. Start to get tired of emailing and sending in problem reports.
