True, there is.  I, for one, can only hope that none of the people that I have read from, or about, on this site would fall victim to this guy.  

Educate yourselves...Study the guy's patterns...Understand the way he operates and make sure that you minimize your exposure to risk.  Don't go out alone any more than necessary and avoid places that aren't out in the open.  The more people you have around you and the more public you are when you are out, the better.

Other than that, live all of your lives as best you can and keep your chin up.  They'll catch the bastard soon.
