Carla posted on the Phoenix discussion board that she would be in town between 6/21-6/27.  After taking a look at her website and reviews, I definitely wanted to get a piece of Carla.  I am a person that only wants the providers that fall in the 10 maybe 9 category.  I am highly selective and I expect some level of professionalism.

Unfortunately, Carla Brazil may be attractive and apparently when she shows up for a scheduled appointment, her performance is quite good, she flaked out on not one but two appointments with me.

After agreeing to meet at her hotel in Phoenix on Scottsdale Road on Friday, she was unavailable by phone.  After repeated attempts, I decided to take off.  One hour after the scheduled appointment, I finally received a call from Carla indicating that she was unavailable and wanted to reschedule with me on Monday at 12:00.  I had been trying to call since 9:30 this morning to confirm our appointment.  

It is now after 12:00 and Carla has blown off 2 appointments with me.  She is unprofessional and unworthy.

Please check my post of about six weeks ago;  And, let me add that there are so many reliable, honest ladies in The Valley, just look at some reviews on T.E.R. and it'll be easy for you to find one, and probably for less than Carla's rate, too.
Too many nice, dependable people out there to chase after flakes in this heat (both nice, dependable indies and nice, dependable agencies, like the QTs and TLC).

She stood me up,too, on Saturday.  After three phone calls & two emails trying to do a final confirmation of our previously confirmed appointment, she was a no-show.  She never responded to any of the calls or emails, never tried to reschedule or anything.  I called the hotel twice, and they said that they didn't even have anybody by either of her names registered.  There is a thread on the LA board started by Straightman who had exactly the same experience there.  If she ever posts to try to do business here again, I'll flame her young ass big time!(as opposed to this mild protestation)  A cancellation can be understood, but it really sucks to be stood up...there are just too many other great ladies to have fun with!

all you gave was your e-mail. Without a phone # I won't see a client without have a phone #. I will not take the chances to open the door to Sheriff Joe. Also how do you call my hotel? I didn't gave you my last name.

NO phone # to be reach at and no address. I made a mistake and submitted the hotel info then I realized that you didn't have a #, followed my gut feeling. Everything just pointed to one thing: LE.

As much as I resisted posting this, I can't avoid doing so, having seen other fellow hobbyists having the same experience. After 2 emails (one through her website and one through my em), a phone call, and then a request through a public message on TER, she emailed to say she would call to confirm the appt. Never called. When I em'd again, she asked "Who are you?" Then set an appt, but said she would call on the AM of the appt. If she called, it didn't go through and she didn't leave a vm. Several em's later the day of, through the appt time, no answer. She did em finally during the time we were so supposed to be meeting to say she called earlier to cancel.

My wonderment: why is she on her computer when she's supposed to be having an appt?

Also, while trying to em her during the appt time ---- her website is down. She stated it was under construction.

I had seen straightman's posting. So I wasn't that surprised.

I tried to give a "head's up" a few weeks back when she first posted about coming to Phoenix about a similar flap that had occured in LA. That is truly unfortunate as she is a young provider and, apparently, provides a decent service when she does keep her appointments. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that she learned very much from the LA experience and the good advice that many fellow providers offered her there about managing schedules, proper protocol and the like.

Thanks, Muff.  I was aware of your post, as well as the LA board thread, and decided to proceed at my own peril--and peril it was.  Onward and upward with our own wonderful local ladies!

You also cannot read. Jeffrey never said he scheduled an appointment with you. Why did you flake on the other two?

It would appear you have lots of 'splaining to do, girl, regarding the plethora of "no-shows" documented in these forums.  Also, I recommend NOT use TER email.  I'm fairly certain that if indeed Jeffrey booked on-line, he did NOT use a TER email addy.  Sounds like you might need to take "Business 101", or you may find yourself looking for desk job... and there simply aren't many available similar to the one Monica had!

I was going to book an appt with her as well, but thanks for the headsup cause there are plenty of others in phoenix, well guess she isnt very trustworthy as far as keeping her appts.

has anyone had a good experince with this lady? I was wondering how she stays in business.

Seems to me that the problem here may be that Carla is multiple booking appointments for fear of a no show. Just a guess on my part. At any rate, her response on the LA board to the same problems there seemed suspect to me. If my hunch is correct, that is a lousy practice. Given her poor reliability and the possibility of her stacking many clients on any given day would preclude me from ever scheduling with her, even if she did connect with both you and/or Jordan - Sorry Sweetie!

Every story has two sides. The many comments on the board has resulted in Carla contacting several of us to tell hers. Carla relates that she found herself in the middle of an emergent situation that prevented her from keeping her appointments. She certainly seemed sincere, and taking her story at face value she was definitely in a disadvantaged position.

Although Carla seems to have communication lapses, I don't get the sense this is intentional. In need of better skills in this area, perhaps.

In any case, I for one, hope that she recovers from her situation quickly and can move forward in a positive way.

I have liked you and talk to you in chat and you are just so sweet.I dont know what happened but my dad who is a local hobbiest also booked with you and was stood up also.He drove an hour from where he lives and called me upset like there was something i could have done.My dad thought you where amazing looking in your photos and was disappointed. I hope eveything is ok with you and yes many of you ladies have seen him and no i am not telling you his name for that is to weird lol.

Same situation when she was in SF a few weeks ago; agreed on time and date and was never provided the location.

I don't think so, I never posted nor saw any clients in San Francisco. Yes I was in the area but no I did not work out of the area. Yes I had a person that wanted to see me there. I have people that want to see me all over the country. That doesn't mean that I am obligated to see them where ever I travel. Its not cost effective. Had I posted and received good response I then would have started booking and seeing clients. This I did not do. I was in the San Francisco area vacationing end of story.

Of course emergencies come up, but an organized, reliable lady will contact the client ASAP to apologize and arrange for rescheduling.

The point of these "no-show" threads here and in LA is not so much that she no-showed (unavoidable things do come up sometimes, although she seems to have more than her share of "unavoidable" problems)....but the fact that she didn't bother to apologize afterwards or make amends--not until she had to do damage control on these boards.

I think it's appropriate to post when someone no-shows and doesn't call to appologize or attempt rescheduling--whether it's Carla or a local lady.

Too many flakes in this business!
