whywait, I remember reading on another board that Simon is or was Sedona Weaver's assistant.
Considering that lady's reputation as one of the top providers in the Phoenix area, would lead you to believe that this is a legitimate operation.
But as always be cautious and do a thorough research.

I found an interesting review posted by Devin regarding Simon  and mentions Alissa.  It is actual a review of Sedonna  but does not come up with search for her, if you wish to  find review search under  reviewers name Devin.  By this review you may wish to think twice with  this new group....
