Shae and Scottsdale Rd. and T-Bird East of scottsdale - Oriental Masssge places.  I think there are some reviews in the masssage section on TER.  Others may have better info.
Providers? - Just do a little research.  Can't have everything handed to you on a platter!  There a several providers in that area who are listed on PHx411 or other sites.  Just let your fingers do the walking.  Good luck.
