As for agencies....well to me the "Big 3" (TLC, AZMyistiques, & Desert Diva's) offer an awful lot and have all worked hard to develop a reputation for quality and fairness.

Of course with the tremendous variety in QUALITY independents you dont even need to consider an agency....
