I'm honestly not trying to be a pain in the ass, but I was charged again. I've tried to cancel since Nov. It's now been three months of charges for the TLC website and a good ammount of time spent as well. A month ago I was told it was taken care and I just recieved another automatic billing yesterday. I strongly encourage members here to not sign up to that particular website. I'm sure Taylor Lynn is a nice enough person and I'm sure this isn't malicious but orgainzational but either way stay away. And, please, please, please cancel my subscription Taylor.

Honestly, I have maybe posted once before, and that is a stretch. Do you really think you need to do this in this forum? Dont you think a PM or an email to Club TLC, or if you are SOOOOO upset, dispute the charge with your CC company. Give me a break...are we serious?
why so upset about this issue being posted? It is a legitimate concern to be voiced here. As a community we need to know what is going on. It gives Taylor a chance to demonstrate she is taking the issue seriously and doing something. It isn't her fault her IT quit. Those geeks are flaky!! ))

Taylor gave the guy her email address about a month ago when he previously posted.
So, either Taylor didn't respond to his emails or he never sent any or she tried to resolve the issue. My personal opinion is it was the latter.
So...... why take the issue public again? The original poster has her email address (if I recall, it was posted in this forum); so why not mail her and try and deal with the issue in private? His post didn't indicate that she was ignoring recent emails.... I'm left to conclude that he hasn't tried approaching Taylor again and informing her the problem persists.
Personally, I hate public disputes. So many things can be dealt with by simply picking up the phone (or, uhh, laptop) and approaching somebody privately. A simple private WTF goes a long ways as the first step in resolving disagreements.
