After looking through some of your 108 reviews, my observation is that you are quite difficult to please.  I mean, you gave both LJ Montana and Barbie Blazer only "8's," and I've enjoyed them both, but my experiences have certainly been higher than that.
And, what do you mean by "Phoenix girls are older?"  Sure there are some older ones here, like Chrissy Stone, but there are plenty of nice ones in their early 20's.  Just check with Mya's QTs, Taylor Lynn's Club TLC, or several hot independents.  However, I hesitate to recommend anyone specific to you, because of your own reviews.

Have you not looked at eros, TLC and Phoenix QT's? Plenty of young and worthwhile ladies. Some are a bit on the high side but usually you get what you pay for.

Many of the ladies in their 20's or even older are just as sexy if not sexier than the younger girls....seeing is believing I always say....

I'd like to address your comment about the lack of young providers here. It's not your imagination, and it's not just Phoenix.

This question comes up on the LA board and the National board as well. Hobbyists say they see tons of young hotties walking around at the malls--why don't these beauties turn to escorting--they would be extremely popular, right?

I think the main reasons are: 1) the vast majority of women don't follow porn sites or know anything about escorts. They unfortunately still equate most escorts with street walkers. If a man suggested a hot girl be a model, she'd be pleased. If he suggested escorting, she'd be insulted.

2)Since most hobbyists are "mature" (30-65) there may be a significant age difference between a young provider and most of her clients. It may be hard for her to "connect" romantically in the session if she feels he is the wrong generation and they don't have anything in common except to discuss the weather.

Sure, she may go through the motions, but since she's not really enjoying herself, she will probably burn out fairly quickly and leave the business soon. (In order to be successful in this biz, you MUST like men of all ages and body types--you can slide for a few months, but your lack of enthusiasm will soon become evident.)

When I was 21, I dated a very nice 40 year old man for awhile, but I broke it off because there was always a "generation gap." If I had been 30, it would have been a better relationship. (Plus, at 30, my libido took off and sex improved dramatically--always a plus for any relationship, LOL.)

Anyway, it takes an unusual girl to be in this business at a young age, enjoying herself and not doing it just for the money. We do have some in the valley (look to the agencies-- tlc club and phxqts--plus Sky Silverman is really hot but she's not active now).

I've always said that a provider with the appearance of a 21 year old, coupled with the sexuality and wisdom of a mature provider, can name her own price in this business.....and more power to her.  

A simple search on the review area would give you the stats on young providers. While on occassion you can find one that is 18-19 it is extremely rare to find one that is that young and experienced enough and fun enough. Finding a hot one to look at is pretty easy. While my next bit of advice is pretty can be pretty controversal you could also hit the strip clubs. You would have to drop allot of money to get to know some of the girls but it doesn't take long to get numbers and start setting up dates. While this method is frought with flakey connections on rare occassion it can be pretty wild and garner an incredible find. Frequently they only do it for a short while and disapear they can be pretty intense. The safe bet would be the search of the review area. With the amount of reviews you have my guess is that finances are not an issue, experiences are.
