I use Date Check, since they work strictly on a referral basis, and don't require a lot of personal info. Of course if you pay for something with a credit card, there will be some sort of trail. But that's the price you pay for convenience. And the last time I checked Date Check was offering 90 days free membership once you've been referred by a provider. You could use that time to get to know a few providers and then not renew. (But that's the cynic in me talking!

The information I posted on Date Check was not accurate. Their method of opperating is referral based. For personal information they ask for name, city, state, and four consecutive numbers from drivers licinse or social security card. Their payment is $4.95 a month billed by credit card. The 90 day free membership appears to have changed to 30 days.
