The topic of phone operators had  come up in an earlier thread.   Thought this a good chance to give  special credit to the ladies who answer  the phones  at TLC.  They are special, always helpful, articulate and  friendly.  They make what can be an delicate  call easy and  fun.   Good job TLC and pass my  thanks on to the gals on the phones.  Tell them I think they need a raise.
By the way they also have very good, sexy phone voices.  Hey if they ever want to test the waters in a more hands on way  I'll play  lifeguard.

They are all such great people and do a great job - even when things aren't going smoothly.  It is not an easy job and they have all stuck by me for a long time.  Thanks for giving them kudos - they deserve it!

modprod you are so right.  in fact there is one special phone op that I think is grand.  you will have to guess who?

Hey there!  Jackie from TLC here, blushing like a little rosebud. Thank you all so much for the props!  It is gentlemen like you, patient, understanding, respectful and kind, that help make our sometimes hectic jobs go just a little bit more smoothly.  And of course, I can't forget to thank all the providers out there who help us out by sharing reference info so efficiently, so that everyone can play safe.  I've been working for Taylor for about a year and a half now, and can honestly say that working with her has been a total blast.  For all the talk in the past about her being a "martinette", she is the best boss you could ask for.  I don't think we'd be so good at our jobs if she hadn't steered us in the right direction. And as for that raise...well I wouldn't say no!
