doesnt matter for me right now (my "to do" is longer then its been in a year) but I think that having both detailed personal 411 and asking for "community ID" might be a bit much. I'm 100% for references and if you cant verify somebody via a "handle" then real 411 is a must for safety...but I guarantee you I'm not the only one out there who's referenced by there TER (or other source) handle all the time....
