Thank you to reviewers whom review honestly. Appreciation to any gent whom does not get caught up in the "sport" of it all. BUT there is a small problem with the post. Although I agree a review that's fair should stand... IF so many agree in it, and felt the same way or had a problem.. WHY didn't anyone JUST NOW say anything ? Why Is everyone jumping on his bandwagon and growing some balls to through a girl out and hang her like a witch in the olden days ? What happened 10 20 reviews back ?  

NOW, I am not saying she is right.. but there is two parts to every story. I Wasn't there and so far I cant see why the gent would lie. BUT no body is perfect and a review is in the eye of the beholder. If you represent yourself for whom you are and provide the service requested you should never have a problem. I have never complained about my reviews even with no 10's, because the gents where 100 percent MEN and HONEST.

The truth of the matter is I know for a fact what girls do for their "perfect" reviews and how the system of "lower" rates for them works. I believe there are real guys out there that use this platform what is for and there are some whom use it for a free session. POINT BLANK PERIOD. I have never plaid that game. BUT don't everyone act holy art thou and gain momentum now that someone had enough balls to speak up.

and the provider in question has allegedly had them changed or removed.  There is no doubt that she has earned some of her high marks, maybe even most of them, however her low scores have allegedly not remained as part of her public record.  This practice of changing or removing reviews undermines the system and shortchanges all of us in this community, both provider and hobbyist.

As many of you know I had cancer about 5 years ago   and through chemo I lost my hair,and honestly for a year i wore a wig..... I was embarrassed !  lost my hair and didn't want people to know.. I got a review about how my hair looked like straw and felt like straw....gezzzz i bet it did..... hell, I know it did.... but it was his honest opinion on his experience.
       I didn't have that review removed and this review will not kill a persons business. I recovered.... i dont think its a witch hunt at all.   What's wrong with honesty?

Not picking sides at all just don't like a whole community publicly bashing one lady when its almost like calling a kettle black. I will be the first to admit my curiosity. At first a few replies are cool and almost funny to see someone get outted, but not fair for everyone to NOW come out and say something. I am sure the men speak on the men only side warn gents publically and hash it out. If it was me, getting stoned and nobody said anything I wouldn't be too happy. Again, I don't know her, and if whats said is true is true so be it.. Just don't think how many guys now saying something is right after someone finally did.  

Lets all keep it 100 and honest and these type of providers / or problems with reviews wouldn't exists. Feel me

I was stood up twice by this provider in my early days here so I couldn't write a review.
Fortunately it only cost me my time and room rate. But like you providers us hobbyist also have prep time and some times take off from work to meet with a provider so it cost more that just the basic fee. Like you we get pissed when this happens and do have the right post it here and complain just like you do. If you want to know how she got all 10s pm me I'll enlighten you if I haven't banned by then.

We hobbyists partake in this community for a little R&R.  Not to prove we're tough guys or to brave the ill winds of a pissed off provider.  I've been on the receiving end of a minor shitstorm for giving a provider a score she disagreed with (I refused to change it) and all I can say is that sometimes discretion is the better part of valor--if a hobbyist gave a higher score because he was hounded day and night, threatened, or just browbeaten or he just went along to get along does that make him a bad human?  To the contrary it makes him all too human.  It would be nice if every hobbyist wrote perfect reviews (perfection defined of course by me) and if every lady treated reviews like a privilege and not a right.  But here we are in the real world.  As with every system invented by man- or womankind this little community of ours is riddled with the same flaws and imperfections that have burrowed into our collective DNA over the eons.  That's just the way it is.

no matter what we say in a review, if a provider doesn't like it she can have it removed. TER has gotten stricter, but it could still be pulled. So all we are doing is supporting our fellow reviewer with hope his latest review will not be pulled.  

I do agree that some reviews should be pulled if they are fake or if they have some incriminating info in the review. But if the review is an honest portrait of their meeting, it should not be pulled. But like most other reviews that are not up to standards, it will get pulled.  

tt85003 I don't think you'll get banned, because I'm still here. And like you I consider myself an old timer, having been hobbying close to 30 years and a TER member since 2007.

BTW, I wish this site did have a way to review NCNS, I think it would help this profession tremendously, both for hobbyists and providers.

I received a lot of flack for a review I had made, but not by the provider but by other hobbyists that had seen her. And I'm not talking 1 or 2 but somewhere around 10. I saw her once for two hours and I had an okay time with her, but I knew it could be better, so I wanted to see her again before I did my review. 2nd time I showed up and she was sick, so we rescheduled for the following week. This time she flaked and cancelled 5 minutes before, So I figured this second date would not happen, so I did my review of my three attempts. When that review posted my inbox lit up, but I didn't cave in. I did eventually see her again and redid the review, and the second date was what I thought it could be. I have often used this technique in my reviews if I feel I had a good enough time to warrant another date, then I can do my review of both those experiences instead of just the one that may have been just so-so. This is just something I do and don't expect others to do it. YMMV, lol to all

Reading some of your recent posts, both about "private" parties and now about the unnamed Provider and her ability to get bad reviews changed and/or removed, just leads me to believe you're a bit naive, that's all.  Nothing wrong here, I'm just sayin' you're throwing some opinions out there that don't seem to relate to what I consider "real world experiences."
I find it interesting that some old Board-veterans (TT85003 & others) understand exactly what's going on with that whole thread.  It leads me to conclude that more people have been burned than I had ever imagined.  Maybe I was a little naive, too!

As I said many times before. I do me. I don't follow a crown, not in a" circle" that needs to b "guided " and told what to do and what to write and how to "respond" to an email ???  I COULD shy away and say nothing when I think something is wrong, and not find out more or ask questions like ALLOT of people do to stay on peoples "good sides" for business etc.  

NOTICE allot of girls  go silent when ANY topic comes up that doesn't make their A** look good ? Gee.. the board would be even quieter if the very FEW people that do speak when its  not there day to post on the weekly threads every 7 days , or a photo thread every other couple days or someone isn't asking where is the best place to stay or "suggestions " cause they are "NEW" in town Right ?  

It doesn't make me naïve to have a INDEPENDENT mind and want to enjoy myself and not get "stuck " on trying to make a dollar every opportunity available and have actual thoughts to contribute, It makes me, me.  

BUT hell.. perhaps I will follow suit and do as all the other little girls do and shut my mouth. But then I wouldn't have gents thanking me for contributing to the site with headline post other than "HUMP DAY/CUM and get it/Easy & Ready 24/7". Gets a tad old don't you think ? Then after a while gents start to post where is everyone. Well its responses like YOURS that make people not want to post , because you assume they are naïve for having a pulse and opinion.

Believe it or not men actually do want to hear from someone with an Independent mind . Real men whom aren't stuck on the hoopla and politics of the hobby. Those of whom make apts with me from THIS SITE. So I shouldn't worry if to you... my post are naive now should I ?

yeah, unfortunately for her I think she did too.  And that's a real shame.  While there is absolutely nothing wrong with a woman speaking her mind independently of the 'herd' mentality - it's always better to have some idea of which you speak!  I thought that you were being very gentlemanly.  There are a few here who would've blasted her for being so clueless.

here are so many ways of managing a business. If you were a newspaper and owned the products inside you advertise, and the reviews of that product, you would target creditable folks (i.e. JD Powers) to say how wonderful your products are. Then, regardless of whether the product is good or not, there is a belief created that it is.  

How many of us eat fast food knowing what it does to our bodies. How many of us know there are games that get played and "care" about it. Sometimes though, it is time to call out the BS as the previous thread did. And it was honest. So let's not criticize honest approaches on the board ok? I mean, there are words to be said, reviews that could be done, games that could be played to a greater extent. Know thy enemy is key. Also, a lot of guys don't do a review because they don't want to put up negative info on a provider. Ladies, are reviews done for every guy you see? Ever wonder why he doesn't do a review? My guess is there are a lot of bad reviews that NEVER get posted (and yes, some gentleman do not post good reviews). The last thread highlighted that. Good education.

The key, is to make my own decision. As Elite states, she can share her opinion (it is an opinion only). Yes she is loud. And she believes with the information she has, that she has been honest.

Is there a "herd" of folks that sway data. Absolutely. There are probably too many positive reviews (how many times will we hear about the number of high reviews). It has been going on as long in the hobby as long as it has existed. Now, it is a little more high tech. And people can hide behind handles. And the newbies - well, they suffer. Because they look for the experienced guys to have integrity... (sad to say, it is not always the case). So if there are missing bad reviews (never written or pulled), overinflated good reviews, well, sometimes it is just time to call bs as happened.  

There are games. Knowing this, play appropriately. That would be my advice. Become part of the system or the individual who does things their own way.  

If you are going to go your own way, then the herd doesn't matter. So trying to sway the herd, well good luck with that.  

If you are posting as a form of advertisement, cool too. The system allows it.
If this hobby is about entertainment, then let everyone entertain themselves how they see fit.  
If you are standing up for the ladies (I don't think that's the case), so be it.  
If you want more mediocre reviews so that yours seem better to drive business your way, part of the game and it is allowed.

Integrity in this hobby died years ago. Used to be girls had to have a good reputation to get on a site - and the sites were run by guys who hobbied and had some level of commitement to making sure other guys (they personally knew) had fun. That labor of love has died. It is business now. That's what changed. And every Tom, Dick, and Sally wants a piece. And the manipulations that happen in business are more mind blowing than most people realize. Else they would not eat fast food

I don't normally partake in group discussion but being that I have issues with reviews in the "real" world, I can understand why guys get upset about the manipulation of reviews on this site. If I am the buyer, I expect to get honest reviews, beforehand, about what I am about to purchase. Also, if I am an unhappy customer, I expect to be able to leave an honest review about my experience.

Example, I stayed at a resort in Scottsdale few weeks ago. It was beautiful, lavish, etc etc But I was charged for items that I didn't touch in the mini bar. I was also charged for an extra night resort fee. When asked by the resort to leave a review about my stay, I decided to do so. My review was rejected because I could not include anything pertaining to resort fees and room charges. So how could I leave an honest review if I'm not allowed to? Basically I was manipulated into either not leaving a review at all, or leaving a false positive review. Needless to say, I was pissed! And I chose not to leave a review at all. And I probably won't stay there again either! I don't care how BEAUTIFUL the resort was, I don't like being manipulated!  

So YES, I can definitely see why guys are upset about the manipulation of reviews on this site. This is a review site for guys to have fun and window shop (research) before they buy. If the reviews are not accurate or the system is not allowing honest reviews to remain visible for all to see, then the system is flawed.

othing is perfect. Me included  There are problems in every business model. This site is driven by member participation. That's the key - if members participate in a friendly way, it works. Yea, do reviews get removed? Sure - because the girls rep / life is at stake. And some guys don't fight it. And really, none of us are in this for the drama. Just want to knock boots with some hotties! So on to the next.

Unless members post negative reviews, it will never change. As Gina pointed out, that review should stick (it met parameters). I hope so. And unless helping folks on how to work within the system is done (i.e. posts like Elite's give people some thought - some posts are statements without reason - I am guilty of that sometimes).  

What happens in business (poor service) is the client base starts to dwindle, word of mouth takes over, companies cut costs to meet less demand - downward spiral. Lots of folks then RAISE prices (as happened in this town) - BUT behind the scenes are discounting frequent flyers who post good reviews. And yes, additional services, time, perks that 80% of the population never sees. Unfortunately, the true indies, unless tied into the system, really don't have any idea of what their competition is doing...

Again, be part of the system or not. Your action of not staying at the hotel is the best solution. And tell ALL of your friends. Survival of the fittest takes over.  

I want guys who are hobbying to have an edge. Why? It gives me better choices when they post. That's why TER is so relevant. It doesn't help when shills, bad reviews, and so much clutter occurs that it is hard to get to what matters. Finding an outstanding provider. Though I can tell by reading certain guys posts, reviews, etc., if someone they saw is who I want to see. But I don't stop there. There are many sources of info. The internet boom created that.  

At the end of the day, don't hate the player, hate the game....  It is evolution. Sometimes evolution is not a positive thing...

I think men should be honest . However there is a way to be honest if the session wasn't good without ruining her career and income.  
Nobody is perfect we are human. People have good days And bad days.  
I do feel men go overboard sometimes cause providers cant reply on reviews.  
There is always to sides to a situation.  We dont know how the man treated the provider.  
We shouldnt judge one exp a provider had with a man has that is how your exp will be.  
Especially if the provider has other good reviews.  
I have good ones and one not so good. However men should see the big picture and not just the bad one.  
Its seems people believe the bad and not the good. Like bad sticks with people.lets start looking at everything the good too.
Its like they see a bad one and forget the good ones.  
Men do need to realize that this is away some providers live .  
I think all men should be their own judge.
Not everyone has chemistry snd click . Thats life.  
Please appreciate providers has we are human.

I agree kinda - A few thoughts -  

If I go to a dentist, he needs to be qualified to handle a tooth polishing or root canal. If I go to a high end restaurant, the food better be good. If I go to Target, thankfully, I get value. If a Provider claims she is high end and gets low reviews, yea, there is a problem. And any provider, like the dentist, should be able to handle MOST situations.  

The providers job is to make sure there is a "click". Not my job. If she is having a bad day, cancel - but for the ones that cancel all the time, expect the people to shop elsewhere.  I ONLY SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WHEN I AM IN THE MOOD. Wait? Really?  Yea. I get the lady may not be. But don't let me walk in the dentist office and sense they are not up to the task I am paying them for. And ladies, if we all looked like movie stars, we wouldn't be coming to you. Sorry.

As for ratings, I REALLY wish everyone would look at the numbers. a 6 = Nice looks and a 6 - Nice service.  

Ladies, seriously, do you not look at a 6 6 as a disaster?? I know you do! But it really means you are Nice. Guys are scared to put up 6 6 reviews. Though 6 6 and 7 7 should be around 80% of them.  
Would a lady feel like her income is being slighted or she was less beautiful with a 6 6 . Probably. BUT not if that was the norm. It's not though. That all changed when guys became brands too. Got a review from SOandSO - his friends will see you to. So you cut a deal, do special services, spend more time, whatever, to watch SOandSO post his 9 9 review of you (or 10 9 because oh wait, beauty is in the eye of the beholder - BS! - Aesthetic beauty is not - inner beauty is probably not what we are rating here.)

If SOandSO gave a lady a 6 6 review, she would be devistated. He would lose his brand with the other ladies because they ain't cutting any deal to someone who does not do reviews or reviews at a 6 6. And if SOandSO will shill you - yea, you'll dance. It's business. And the guys are trying to maximize their brand as are the girls, but the girls also have HUGE ego's in this. The guys know this. And some get played. Or use it as a marketing cost of business.

So Jayme - if you knew up front your first part of your review was going to be a 5 or 6 for looks (Plain and Nice respectively) and a 5 or 6 for performance (Average and Nice Time respectively), would you still offer the review discount? Or, are you going to give EVERY GUY regardlless of their brand, the same level of performance and effort that a guy doing reviews who's brand you know on the board who you think runs in a big circle?

While you might say yes - I believe a lot of ladies would not...

Providers are extremely compassionate people who put up with a lot of crap. I honestly think the ladies did themselves a disservice when they started looking at reviews and lost sight of service. It became easier to worry about getting a high review to get the next client in the door, than to prepare for the next appointment. And a lot of this was driven by brands around agencies, assistants, etc. Keep in mind, low scoring performers they work with do not really do them any good - they cost them $ and drama. So yea, they want high scores too for their ladies...

If I go to a dentist and said he didn't do a great job on a public site, and he came out on the site and said "because he has big teeth!", what's it loook like. Human nature is the game.

So we should candy coat our experience, because that is how some providers live? If that is how they live then they should provide the experience others provide for the same donation.
