If you post regularly, after a period of time, you will be unmoderated. Then your posts appear instantly.

I've noticed that there are quite a few veteran board members/posters who are still moderated.
A while back, TER made the decision to moderate everyone, for some reason. Then, a policy was announced thru the regional board moderators that if you wanted to be unmoderated, all you had to do is PM the local board moderator and ask to be unmoderated. As long as you had been reasonably well behaved on the board, you would be unmoderated. Since the PHX has no moderator, I would send a PM to the 'contact support' link near the top of this page and ask to be unmoderated.

It was last night @ 10:30 when I replied to the "Bucket List" thread. No wonder people don't stay active on this board. It's frustrating. Like when they are interviewing somebody on the news and the satellite causes the conversation to be stilted.

which tells you to contact the board admin or Board mod.
I tried that myself to get un moderated as it does take way too long sometimes to get posts approved.

Guess we just have to remain patient and hopefully earn that un moderation soon

Perhaps your internet connectoin to TER is using the wrong satellite.

Its ok - delays happen due to some reason.

It is not that there was a global crisis or issue that had to be reported ASAP, or a stock market crash that need to be reported across the globe.

Anyway, just use the 'Contact Us' link at the top of the page and ask to be unmoderated on this board.  I did that a couple of weeks ago.  They were very fast to respond and make my posts instant, instead of being sent from Pluto...
