I was going to meet a provider who had some good reviews. I got to the incall location early and just chilled in the parking lot and texted with a friend. Suddenly, a white suburban looking vehicle skids pass me and tries to reverse park, but stalls for a bit and decides to leave to the back of the hotel. From that time, time passed since and My provider didn't respond to me. I continue to wait for a long time and notice some cops at a gas station. I feel uncomfortable, so I decide to park on the otherside of the incall location. I see a woman who doesn't look like my provider at the gate. I decide to take a chance and see if its her. I walk over and the woman asks if i'm a cop in a voice i don't recognize from the call with provider. I decline, but still feel eerie because LE check was shit. I walk in a little and tell her i'm not up to this. I leave the courtyard and enter the parking lot. I notice the same vehicle and see a guy run pass me with phone to ear. I calmly enter vehicle and leave. I know it was a sting. Right now, i'm shook up. My provider called me 10mins later, I ignore text and call for awhile. Then, I respond and tell her the whole story. Honestly, i don't know who to believe. I hope i'm not in trouble. I need your advice guys.

Note 1: I sent a couple of texts to my provider earlier in the day.

The typical "stake out" often they will get appointment with a provider, find location (often doing 2 call routine) stake out the parking lot and get guys leaving scaring them into cooperating and telling on escort.  The guy is not charged (no direct evidence) but scared into talking.

So companion just being set up, she not involved (or could be undercover as LE can plant reviews etc.)

If she is busted they can easily get  subpoena  for text messages etc.  If there is nothing said about anything sexual, no "GFE" or other known slang for sex you should not have any risk.

The solution is simple, never discuss GFE etc in the same discussion as money.  Time only.

I have also done a huge report on possible defense even if "GFE" etc used but you pay by the hour and is it still sex for money or not.  No cases using a 14th Amendment vagueness argument but many wins including US Supreme Court on what I would argue similar cases but not prostitution related.

With up to 100 cases now pending on felony prostitution cases in Maricopa Superior Court now is the time to try and get lawyers attentions for possible defenses.   Some lawyers, even Court appointed (not public defenders office)  have written great briefs in the Temple case of 39 but on the religious defense motion which is still pending.  Most of the other pending felony cases are the about six major massage parlor busts.   But over half have pled - to felonies with probation - but still a felony record instead of going to trial.

And of course we has the Desert Diva's case will almost 100 - all pled - some went to prison most got probation.  BTW everyone's favorite Glen the photo guy was released from prison some time ago and last I heard doing well.

As I recall the two most recent infiltrations of P411 was by stake out this way and provider was not part of sting.  The bug Houston bust and more recently Appleton Wis.  It also happened in Phoenix a few years ago and I worked directly with Gina (very responsive)

In my view how Gina of P411 handles things is about as safe as you can be but not perfect.   Just like "screening" is often not effective as a few gals from here would know.  ID, employment can all be faked and is.

We have a huge war on consenting adult sexwork going on under the excuse of children and trafficking which gets political points with the conservatives and raises lots of funds to "stop the trafficking" which under Federal definition includes in private consenting adults legal in almost all the world, no big deal, except in the U.S.

Recent huge national conference of prosecutors etc developing tactics to go more after customers attacking the demand side vs just the gals.  Emphasis now focused on Internet rather than the street hookers that are more likely to be under aged, forced with pimps.  But going after in private consenting adults seems way to score political points.    Sadly Sheriff Joe is back at it now in recent operation.

First time, I called and asked for donation. She texted me the donation amounts with time, no mention of GFE. I respond with hour and ask a little amount lower than her hr. She okays and thats that. The only time i text her again is when i tell her i'm heading over and i'm there. Other than that, nothing is mentioned.

You are correct about Appleton WI.  I'm a provider there and a few months ago Gina from P411 called me about the situation.  I don't know how but L.E. was using a members account and he had 7 OK's.  L.E. contacted the WI girls asking to have an incall in the Fox Valley.  Thank goodness I don't go get a room in my local area!  A few girls did get busted though.  Since then, Appleton area has been even more stings.  About 3 weeks ago, there was 3 providers and 22 men that got busted.  I'm definitely traveling more often now and I can't wait to visit Phoenix when it's snowing here!
