The statement I hear most when conversing with Hobbyists at a meet -n- greet or community party is, "I've been wanting to book time with you, but I just assume you're too busy."  Pardon me?  Now I can't help but think one of two things:  that's just something to say when one's at a loss for conversation; or, they're telling the truth.  

Let's just assume it's the latter & pick that apart, since the odds of everyone making the same exact small talk, are slim to none.  How can anyone assume I'll be too busy to try to book time with?  And if everyone's assuming, who's the guy getting the appointments?  Further, if everyone assumes all at the same time, just how busy does that make me?

is all i can think of is why anyone would say that. Never been to a meet and great, but i'm not affraid to call...........................

You'd be surprised how many people operate like salespeople in their real lives. They're just trying to be nice and learn about you. Though they have no intention of seeing you.

When people who seem smart and reasonable say stuff that doesn't make sense. You should assume that they're lying.

Hahaha, that sounds fun. However, hopefully you can things from the client perspective, they've read your reviews, checked out your website, looked at your pics, read your board posts, etc yet they've never interacted with you at all. I think it's human nature for someone at a M&G to want to know what you're really like in person even if they don't plan on booking you for whatever reason.

80% of my interaction with a client is during an appointment with my Vagina, all the small talk that nobody really cares about is done walking to my bedroom, in between rounds and the exit walk out the door.
I'm confused by the client perspective they may think they want to meet me, but I scare the boys at M&G's, they either stand and stare at me in awe or run away like their balls are on fire.

No... no ouch no flames here, the point I'm making is if you get yourself all wrapped up in the human nature wanting a "connection" with a provider phase, you're possibly setting yourself up for disappointment. What will happen if you push for interaction with her then conversations become deep and real. The next thing you know you have feelings for a woman you can't have or she doesn't reciprocate, then you're hurt and angry for being rejected or vise versa a provider falls for you and you're not reciprocating.

Either way It's a hot mess that can't be cleaned up with a warm washcloth

I don't know how we got off the subject, but Krista is totally right we talk out are asses when we're nervous and don't know what to say. These guys are intimidated by your beauty and really don't realize that your there for them, to meet and possibly set up future dates. So my final words for when i talk out my ass is "lagljkAGakf;LAKJGa:kJG" and it smells like shit............................

But if you want to start a new thread about falling in love with your Provider/Hobbyists, i'll post some thoughts.
