well, I guess that leaves me out of the running.  Because you're new, you may not know of the disaster that Phoenix has gone through over the last year.  You will be hard pressed to find a REPUTABLE and HONEST provider that will see you without a reference.

See if you can join date-check or preferred411.com.  However, again, I am out of the running as you have to have at least one reputable provider reference on those boards as well.

Good luck with your search, you may be able to find a girl who will want all of your personal information, which would include employment information.
