I only wish I could still run marathons. I guess I'll just have to stick with beginner gymnastics on my bed.  Good luck to you!

I bet she is still sleeping it off... I hear that running the 26 miles can really take it out of you.. one person I know ran it last year.. she slept for almost 18 hours after the marathon.. and she even made the Olympic trials last year.. so it wasnt as if she wasnt ready for the run.

Yes, I am really tired and am getting a massage today in town by one of the students at the massage school that i went to.  I did ok, but not as good as I wanted to.  I want to get down to an 8 minute mile steadily.  So I need to train a little harder.  I hate it when people pass me and a lot did.  Oh well.

an 8 min mile marathon would be unreal!!!

I did the half marathon at 9 min pace and that kicked my arse.
