Right, the legal issue is just because then it is a porn not prostitution. You are paying her as an actress in a porn film, not as a prostitute. She can openly say you will be having sex without the legal issues (she thinks, I'm sure there is still risk since she is not a studio paying actors, she is the one getting paid).

I heard about a guy who would pay girls to video tape them giving him blow jobs and then he would put them on a website. Imagine that, legally paying for sex and then making money off of it. Brilliant.

But I do agree with the concerns. Once someone has a video of you, you don't know where it will turn up.

It seems to be one of the newer methods here in the valley to establish a legal method, other than picking up someone drunk in a bar, for a woman to establish a "relationship" with a man who is safe.

There are a couple of porn studios doing this. i don't see the worry if they give you to only copy of the media.

I saw a posting on BP from Smokie Flame previously which mentioned that she would do a video also.  Now the posting is only about a video and said to contact for more info.  I did and was told 2 video options 1 for $100 and another for $300.  I replied that I wasn't interested in a video but was interested in meeting her and inquired about rates.  She replied that the first visit had to be a video session to keep it legal.  I told her no.  As a private person and a businessman with all the sex scandles on the news why would I want a to make a video even though she states that I was the only one who would have it.  What do you think?

NEVER  let anyone film you  as far as you know she could havew a hidden camera set up  even if you said no .....legal matter?   You bet when she gets popped  or sells it on the internet.......please  go with your gut on this one!
