Does it seem to you all that the top tier providers are all looking to move on from the hobby?  I won’t mention names and it does seem to me that a handful of providers are intimating that they are moving on.

This is no different than any other job or career. You get to a point where you say I need to do more or I want to do more or I want to do less.
