Hello everyone......I am mara of san diego and I saw in a commercial on our channel 10 during the Oprah show a couple of days ago a commercial on some Arizona property that is for sale at $ 695 an acre? I think the name is Arizona Ranches??? Can anyone give me some information? I could not find a pen to write the number down however I am very interested.

Likely scrub brush land out in the middle of now where with no water , no power and no roads.  AZ is famous for selling crap land to the unsuspecting.  Save your money.

Hey Mara, Does this mean you're looking to relocate to AZ? We'd love to have you.  Regarding the "Arizona Ranches", I'd approach it with caution.  You may own the land cheap, but doing anything with may be an expensive nightmare.  Unless you want a good place to camp, be prepared to find it remotely located and possibly isolated. I don't know anybody personally that has made a purchase, but having lived in AZ for 26 of my 28 yrs, I would not expect, red rocks, running creeks, tree-lined canyons, well water and irrigation rights for that price.  For any outsiders, it maybe too much AZ for them  Just my thoughts.

I am not planning of relocating to Az. I was looking for some small property inexpensive .......where I could build a cabin and take my kids to get away. Where in the near future they could take the 4 wheels and bikes and do the boy thing.  I am however a little leary about things not being lagite. I did get some great responses to my personal e-mail. Thank your Az for all the great advice I will follow up on all of it.
