Nothing is automatic. VIP memership will let you know if multi pops are allowed. Also when you read the VIP part of the review your questions should be answered.
I have only been hobbying for a little while and have some questions about the concept. I mean if you pay for 1 hour does that mean 2 pops automatically? Do you guys expect a couple of pops for an hour? Or is the 1/2 hour just mean oral and full hour means anything goes. I welcome all comments.

Checked your reviews and saw you gave a 10 in performance to someone who gives CBJ rather than BBBJ. Obviously, you have a lot to learn about TER and its' rating system. It only works if everyone is on the same page. So, read about ratings first, and your question will be easily answered.
unless you have either personal experience or a trusted source. Even then realize that YMMV is a truism...
As a general rule the upper end indies (and to a degree agencies) have a reputation built on customer service. A 1/2 hour or "quickie" rate may indicate a single pop or limited service but is usually clearly communicated. Many of the high end indies arent really clockwatchers (within reason) and a 2nd helping is often encouraged (standard "one hour" rate). Your really striking a balance between a good unrushed experience and being respectful of the ladies time.
This is normally one of the major tradeoffs and contrasts between the higher end gals and the lesser priced "volume" providers on CL etc. (obviously there are exceptions both ways).
As Jeffrey has already mentioned knowing how to review and how to interpret the value of other reviews is a large component to spending your $$$ wisely.
I also whole heartedly agree that Piper is a solid "10" not just in overall performance but on the open ended niceness scale as well. For anyone new to the hobby cultivating a relationship with anyone of the high end indies (and/or) agencies is a great way to go. While your out of pocket costs may be a bit higher the quality of your experience will be a quantum leap over some of the lesser possibilities. Add the costs you often see in lost time, wasted hotel rooms, cash and dash and upselling and your final CPP (cost per pop) might actually be significantly lower over a defined period of time.
Great comment, and... I love the way you've introduced a new accounting term--CPP. I can't wait to deduct the hobby next April, and project my CPP into 2009! What a spreadsheet... if you know what I mean.
