I don't know what the review was about.  However, you stood me up for an appt I booked with you.  I drove 45 minutes to the west side only to get no answer on your phone.    

Absolutely false.  I have never stood anyone up.  I have no idea who you are.   I don't work on the west side of town.  I have no idea why you would write this, but I never stood you up
