Go to the review tab, go to search reviews insert your requirements (and yes, you WILL NEED TO GET VIP MEMBERSHIP) and voila..... I have no doubt that many ladies will come up that will meet your physical expectations.
However, dinner and a movie? So, you're stating that you're willing to pay for a minimum of four hours of time just to get to know someone? I shall keep my satirical thoughts about that to myself.
However, if you can actually find someone that will meet you first, just to see if you click..... with no compensation - please post here, I am sure that many gentlemen will jump at the chance to meet the lady in question. I wish you great luck in THAT endeavor.

Hi guys! I travel to Phoenix about twice a month and would like to find a young lady to pass the time with. Mainly dinner and maybe a movie? I would like to get to get to know her and see what happens from there. I am new to this so does anyone have any advise as to how to stay out of trouble! That is the biggest concern I have. Thanks Jazz! I wasn't looking for a free date and was expecting to pay the normal rates. I'm looking for someone that I can see regularly and would not consider myself a Hobbyist at all. I would prefer seeing the same girl every time I am in town so I think it would be worth it!I just worry about the LE part and how do you get references when most providers require them first?
