Congrats on your weight loss. You look good in your pics.

Also, both Alex and I are "capable" of being fitness trainers, one of our tricks is to break up our regular daily meals into 5ths or even 6ths. Same amount of food, but regularly eating every 2.5-3 hours or so helps to increase your metabolism. You body stores less fat and becomes more efficient at burning the intake.

We've both seen people do nothing else and shed 10 pounds.
