Agree. If you are worried about if a reviewer is comfortable being reviewed or not, it is simple. If the experienece was bad, no need to ask, as you are looking out for your fellow hobbyist who have done the same for you. If the provider was good, just ask, "I had a great time, do you mind if I give you a review online"  
I am only a "sophomore" hobbiest and could figure this out.
