If people have any new info re interrogation or arrests of customers on the list, please post it ASAP. It would be very helpful for others to line up attorneys, bond monies & most importantly be psychologically ready. The community would really appreciate any helful info in these turbulent times.

my understanding is they did not interrogate anyone so far.  It seems bail is $5000 cash in small bills.  Most seem to be self surrendering.  I am told you can have a attorney call the DA office and learn if you are a target.

Hope this helps

Pinhunter, could you pl send me a PM. I would love to talk to you. Also could any of the people who surrendered themselves tell us about their experience. Thanks.

there is now a new rumor that they intend to pick up every one on the DD list by 2010.  Did you get that feeling on your visit to the DA's office?  It is also rumored that statue of limitations do not apply in this case.

If there are going after attempted pandering like some from reviews, it is a felony with as I understand it a 7 year statue of limitation vs a misdemeanor which is 1 yr which is up in August.

Only a few in the 43 wave 2 self surrendered, most were or are being arrested per the Court records.

Some but not all are showing up with mug shots on MSCO have no idea why.

I noted the Photographer had no mug shot on MSCO but one of the TV stations had his picture which they unfortunately showed which sure looked like a mug shot not a nicely posed picture.

im not an attorney but i have worked for the prosecuting attorney, i have been arrested and i can attest that the tactics in the link provided are definitely used..

if you are not prepared, it can be traumatic but if you are prepared,  it's just a minor inconvenience.

1. do not call the da.. omfg thats the wrong team.... call a bail bondsman and tell him your concerns, find out what his process is, you might even be able to get the preliminary paperwork out of the way.

2. if you dont have one already,  get a small safe.  put cash in small bills into it.....the title to your car or whatever you can use for collateral..... if the bond is $5000, you'll need 500 cash and then you can get a bail bondsman to put up the rest if you have collateral.... an emergency list of instructions with phone #s... if you have pets or kids, make arrangements for them NOW ....if you have to pick lil billy up from soccer practice 3 times a week, put that on your list so your contact person can make the necessary arrangements.

3. give the safe's spare key to someone you trust or hide it... if you dont have a person you can trust, contact me and i will help you figure something out.... maybe dave will help too.

4. MEMORIZE somebody's phone # (preferably this would be person with the key to your safe, or your bail bondsman or your attorney, IF he's available 24-7).... IT HAS TO BE A LANDLINE, NOT A CELL PHONE #.. phone calls from jail can only go out to a landline (in most cases)..... when you go to jail, you dont get to look up people's phone #s on your cell phone or your laptop or a phonebook so you need to MEMORIZE IT OR GET IT TATTOO'D ON YOUR BUTT IF YOU CANT.

if you are smart, you can get out of jail within a few hours and wifey never has to know, REALLY... even if you cant make bond, as long as you dont have any failure to appears or charles manson type murders in your history, you SHOULD be able to get released on your own recognizance within a few hours.... once you get out, you'll need a ride, discount cab has an easy # to remember 200-2000 and they are 24/7.

if you are smart, means shut up.
name and address ONLY.
then shut up.

when they say they are going to call your wifey, they are LYING. when they say they are going to  call this person or that person, they are LYING... they do not even know if you have a wifey so STFU... do not admit that you have kids or that you need to do this or that, the more distressed you are about getting arrested, the easier for them to get the information out of you that they need for a conviction.

remember you only have the right to remain silent AFTER THE CUFFS GO ON.

they can and they will trick you into spilling everything BEFORE they place you into custody.. they do this by making you believe that somehow, some way if you just cooperate with their questioning, they are going to go away.... they will tell you that they arent there to arrest you, only to question you.

THAT IS A LIE

as soon as you answer their questions, they are going to arrest you, i dont care how good your story is, there's really no way to avoid it but you CAN avoid getting convicted if you stfu.

they will also try to make you believe that if you dont cooperate with their questioning, they will charge you with this or that and the other bogus charges they really cant charge you with.

name, address, stfu.
you are now deaf and dumb.

stupidity is NOT against the law, unfortunately, so you might as well use it to your advantage and no comprende their threats, lies and tricky tactics.

oh and if possible, make your phone call to your trusted person BEFORE you open the front door or come face to face with one of them.... cuz they REALLY are not going to let you make a phone while they are questioning you... and it could be hours after you are in custody before you get to a phone and you want to make sure you are bonded out ASAP ..preferably, before you get processed in...

if they ask you if you want THEM to call someone for you, YOU DIDNT HEAR THEM BECAUSE YOU ARE DEAF AND DUMB....NO COMPRENDE... . the ONLY person you answer questions for is the judge, he will NEVER try to trick you into answering questions without your attorney, and coincidentally he is the ONLY person who determines your guilt/innocence.

the police are NOT there to do you ANY favors. they are just trying to get information out of you.

and had written phone #s all over her arms and legs.

i was sooooo jealous.

LOL.

she was all prepared and having a good time.

for those of you who have never been arrested, it's only going to be 3-5 hours, (most likely, although it can be up to 24hrs)...  you might as well have some fun. being miserable doesnt get you out any quicker and you will be getting to meet some muy interesante characters.

my sister called me a few weeks ago and said she got thrown in jail for the first time. she said the drunk tank was waaaay more fun than the club she was at earlier.

getting arrested isnt that big of a deal, you can probably think of an excuse for your emergency 4-5 hour disappearance.... then your court appearances will be during work hours, so nobody has to know... if you keep quiet when you're arrested, most likely the charges will be dropped.

if you try to say, well i just hired the girl for companionship, nothing illegal... then you just confirmed your identity on the client list.. SAY NOTHING.

i'm working with someone right now on setting up a phone line for you guys to call if you are arrested and need to call someone to take care of things for you..... i can make your necessary phone calls and he can give you a ride home from jail.

ok so dont be freaking out.
you can get through this without it ruining your life.

im always amazed when the police claim that escorts destroy families.... omfg, the escorts arent the ones who tell the families, how dare they lay the blame on us.

So got a few questions I'm sure everyone is wondering.
1.  I keep seeing stuff about statute of limitations and all that.  What exactly is it?  1 year?  2 years?  When did the clock start ticking?  From the time of the alleged offense or from when they started the investigation or what?

2.  How worried should one be if your name appears on the list but it was a cash transaction and you never posted a review?  What if part of the date was arranged via email?

3.  Would being a paying member (obviously with a credit card) to any of their websites be an issue?

thanks in advance
