Hello Ladies,

this is just a friendly reminder to do your self examination or visit your doctor for a breast examination (maybe throw in the pelvic examination while your at it because many of us are at an increased risk for this ,too).  There is also the new vaccinations for the papiloma virus (women with HPV are at HUGE risk for cirvical cancer!!!).  If you have daughters get them vaccinated, too.  If you have breast implants, you may need a sonagram for a more thorough breast exam, but it is definately worth it (because you are worth it).

Ladies, equally important is your annual mammogram if over 35. A dear friend went in for her first this year and they found something she couldn't feel from self-exams. Biopsy and the whole nine yards! Fortunately, it was nothing. However, you can never be too sure!!
