Felony conviction: http://thephoenixescorts.com/

Old ads still up on other sites and website up with same phone as police used to bust
Very nice pictures and reasonable rates including offers of 2 women at once.

Shared incall = felony. "Reba" and Mia" plus 3rd don't have name used just real name (initials T.P.)

Reba recruited the other 2 women named - both adults over age 30.

Police tracked 36 different cars with single male drivers, entering and leaving the incall at 104xx N 11th street from late 2012 until early 2013.

8 cars were traffic stopped after leaving and the men all admitted they paid women for sex in response to ads.

Then detective set up appointment and was offered sexual services for money and arrested.

"Reba" pled to a Class 5 felony on 10/17/13 but sentencing suspended with 2 years of supervised probation (and a lifetime felony record). If violates the many probation terms could be sent to prison.  Usual fees charged, ordered DNA sample and of course fingerprints.

The other 2 gals seem lucky and no record of arrest yet, just search warrants served on them.

Two Asian women running massage places didn't show up for arraignment late October on criminal enterprise felonies.  As usual given another date (in mid November) to show up before arrest warrant issued.  Appears both were released on bail after initial arrest.

Initials M.F. 53 yr old Asian women booked by MSCO on 10/3 based on Direct Complaint for Maintaining House of Prostitution and Prostitution. Arraignment on 10/7 apparently released on bail. Then on 10/23 the typical supervening indictment for felony criminal enterprise. She did not show up for 2nd arraignment 10/28/13.  Continued until 11/14

The war on consenting adult pleasures continues in Phoenix and still many cases ongoing in Superior Court

Maybe a dumb question, but I don't see how being independent avoids or reduces this risk. LE sees 36 guys coming & going from an agency incall and pull them over; couldn't that happen just as easily to an independent provider who has 36 guys come over?

An indie only faces a prostitution charge and 15 days in tent city on first offense.

If you have a appt taker, driver, 2 gals working together your often charged with a felony criminal enterprise and then pile on related felonies of money laundering, pandering etc - each count with up to 10 years in prison and fine up to $180,0000 + 84% surcharge +$25.  Usually initial arrest for prostitution but then will get a criminal enterprise Grand Jury supervening indictment and much larger bail to get out of jail until trail - 1-2 years later.

You most likely come out with a lifetime felony record vs just a prostitution misdemeanor if just an indie.

Seems like neighboring California and Vegas LE  are a lot less active at hosting stings. I have always heard of Phoenix being a super " hot " city..

It's not a coincidence that Nevada and California are politically left leaning states and AZ is run by a Tea Party legislature and a right wing executive branch.  Superimpose those facts on to the end of your question, and you largely have your answer.

Play safe!

Sorry, your answer is BS.  Phoenix PD works for the city administration, not the state.  They utilize the state laws, but similar laws exist in your "left leaning" states as well. It is the city that pursues these cases and the mayor/city council waffles back and forth from semi-conservative to semi-liberal. Depending on the wind. The last couple of AGs have been pretty conservative, but I don't see the state police making these busts.
And "Tea Party legislature" ?  What a crock!  Go down and check it out. A real mixture of careerist politicians and soccer moms. I doubt you will find more than 6 of them with Tea Party affiliation
