The reason for not seeing someone who has no reviews doesnt really equate to the reasons you are stating. For you, it doesnt seem to matter, as if it would get in the way of having a good time? Were trying to avoid having a horrible time, so reviews make a lot of difference.
Here a a few, very legitamate reasons to only want to see someone who is reviewed:
1. First and foremost, are they are legit. Not police, not rip offs, and if they are indeed the person in the picture. Are the pictures 10 years and 100 pounds ago?
2. Tells them what the girl does and does not do. While it isnt always 100% and YMMV comes into play, it still lets you know. I know what I am looking for, so Im not gonna drive an hour only to find out that the girl doesnt do A, B or C. These are questions you cant ask on the phone.
3. Cost - Lets you know how much the girl costs.
4. Performance. One bad review or one good review doesnt mean everything, however 10 good reviews or 10 bad reviews say quite a bit.
Providers have their own hardships to endure dealing with customers, well, so do we. Everyday there are ads with fake pictures posted, and guys who spend hundreds of dollars getting scammed by non performers or stings.
I don't know why, but I'm still amazed when a BP add has pictures available on the internet!
Plus some pictures are not a representation of current appearance. Since we are not all identical, a review lets me know if the provider enjoys things I enjoy.
If you are a new provider you simply have to attract people; eventually you will have reviews. Get acquainted promotions attract attention. Got a digital camera, computer, and color printer? Free signed head shot. You can use temp tattoos, even a simple mask to disguise who you are. Give away the panties you were waring? A certificate of accomplishment listing positions used, DATY, number of times you had a real orgasm? Number of orgasms the provider created?--strictly a FUN thing to do.
Coupons for a percentage off on the second visit?
Take ten envelopes, put a kiss print on each one with RED lipstick, put a dollar in a few, 20 in one, 10 in another, something goofy in 1 of them. As a thank you gesture have your guest reach into a hat that you hold over their head and have them take one envelope that they can open after they have left. Just let them know it is like the “Price Is Right” an envelop can have something worthless, or a small amount of cash.

You ask why guys are hesitant to see a lady without reviews. That's like asking somebody why they bought ______ without checking the Consumer Reports or Yelp or any other review source regarding that type of purchase. It's like going to buy a _____ and believing everything the salesman tells you.
You have 5 reviews posted, 4 are ok, nothing special. The most current mentions that you were late. Another comment here mentions you being late. Even if the reviews were all 10/10 - being late is unacceptable to a lot of guys.
