That is the Tolleson / Maryvale area.  The proper dress code in that general area requires you to have tattoos on your face and neck, and if those tattoos say 480 on them, you're dead meat.  If it says 623, you're good to go.  I believe the 1-800 toll free prefix is also acceptable on a tattoo in that neighborhood.

How the phone company acquired this awesome power over gangs, I'll never know.  

As for me, I generally don't generally hobby in areas where it is highly recommended that you should carry a gun.  That is just my preference, but to each his own I guess.
