I don't attend the meet and greets because I don't drink and whenever I am in social settings, I always get the "Why aren't you drinking?" questions. That and I've just never been real comfy in those settings.

However, I think this is a phenomenal idea. We could even change it up, every other month, host a volleyball game or something.

I have a better idea!!  FOOTBALL!!  Imagine all of the hands on action!  I think softball would be a bit boring.  I don't know about you, but I would love to see Tina or Mya racing downfield with the ball.  You can count me in if there is a softball game, though.  Although I am a lame golfer, I think a charity golf tournament event with a guy getting paired up with a girl would be sweet, too!

who are you get to umpire the game???  I used to umpire part time, but I know that given the players, my eyes will never be where thay should be.  In this game I'm sure it will be "tie goes to the provider" - particularly if she is my ATF or lady I hope to visit next.

Given his experience applying rules and monitoring dust-ups in the community, maybe we could take up a collection and bring in MichaelCA.  It would be a great chance for us to personnaly show our appreciation for all he he does for us.

I hope this comes off, and everyone has a great time.  I'm only sorry it will likely happen after my move to Britain.  Somehow, the idea of a client/provider cricket match just doesn't have the same appeal.  But touch rugby - like touch football does raise certain interesting possibilities!!!
