I am 100% all about verifying and when a provider calls for a reference I make sure any info I give her
is accurate.( for the safety of the provider) I had a visiting provider text me at 8 am not even sure she "had the right Mya" and give me a first name and the last 4 numbers of his phone number. I responded I will need more info than a first name and last 4  I'll need his full number and a way I would.be able to remember him. This provider proceeded to accuse me of not trying to help to keep the client to myself!!! Please ladies and gents tell me I'm not crazy for being pissed!! Please leave some feedback ladies on how its really suppose to be done!! Whooooooo I just had to get that off my chest.

They are! YOU are doing them a favor once she started to accuse you  of keeping the client  I would of told her good-bye ....as to how its done  we all do it a little different  I  need the date and place  we met and a little something  to jog my memory .....sometimes while  I have the provider still  on the phone I will call on another line and tell him I am trying to help her get him verified and she can hear  me so she knows I am  not trying to  hijack  her client  which is another bigger problem trusting providers not to do what she accused you of  trying to do....recently  I tried  to reach a provider left several mesages to no avail and she was his only reference ...I let him  know  some gals just do not provide this service  so I make a mental note and if they need one I do not give it and let the client know  I cannot  use her

I travel for non adult business often, have a busy non adult business life and then have a family and companion business.

I do all screening by email. I have my smart phone on all the time and it picks up my website mail every 5 min. I give references as fast as I get the request and can get it out. I like their name, full number and the email they are contacting you through. I like the email because I want to know if  the guy is burning email address after he sees a provider. This is a questionable issue with me.

That would suck to be accused of such a thing.  As a provider I like to come to the reference prepared.  Unless I have read your reference preference my general collection of info is email address, phone number, where/when you met and what name you would know him by.  I couldn't imagine anyone would be able to recall someone just by the info that was provided to you.  Its embarrassing but it has happened when I don't recall a past visitor even with a boat load of information presented to me and when that happens I ask to have him shoot me an email, my preferred form of contact, and the one on one usually does the trick.  What seems to be the best reminder is something unique about our time together, maybe something we laughed about.  Sometimes I'll even say "hey that's a good mind jogger".

Penny another good trick to remember is to give them a nickname   i call one "Tall drink  of water"  or another "same time next  year"  just something that we both remeber over the years its very helpful

how you want to be treated . If your rude to another provider you may need them somewhere down the line  or vice versa .Such a simple task to give a reference.

I love it how some girls act like they need 7 days to reply to a email ,if it was a appointment they would reply quickly or mabey not.Some gals are so full of themselves they need to come back down to earth .
At the end of the day your still a provider as the rest of us .

I have a note on the welcome page on my website that notes I am reference friendly as well as a question in my FAQ section covering the issue and requirements. Unfortunately, not all providers are or some are just flaky. I also list that the best way to contact me is through e-mail (as those come through constantly) to get a quick response. This is for everyone's safety. It is sad when someone puts selfishness or laziness over safety.
