i've had my eye on Mary Beth (she does look beautiful in the ad) but my experience with agencies has been lousy - promised full service at their stated rate but provider shows up and demands more $$$ - and all for a marginal time.

is it a safe bet with Mary Beth? Sure hope so - i'm due for a PHX trip soon.
