I noticed that most agencies say "outcall within metro Phoenix only." Can someone tell me what is considered metro Phoenix? I want to stay at the Embassy Suites Hotel Phoenix-Scottsdale on 4415 E Paradise Village Pkwy S. Is that within metro Phoenix? Thanks.
