I would stay away since there is no guarantee for the steep price expected to be paid that you will get great or any service. Simply too much money to take that kind of chance. Further, you are in a real vulnerable position if you advance them 1K.

pretty much the biggesst flake i've ever encountered, although, to be honest, i didn't run into her in this exact line of work.  just be prepared to wait....  no idea about the agency.
