Just clarifying info asked for despite it being against TER policy

If you describe the "market segment" you target, you will get more and better suggestions.

Or, just describe your "typical".

Donations would also help.

Phoenix and the surrounding cities is HUGE.

Getting some idea where your typicals might live will help.  Lunch crowd? Evenings? Nights? Weekends?

"Neighborhoods" look like a patch work quilt with the exception of "exclusive" areas farther away from the city.

You might find it useful to look up where TER providers are located to make sure you are not trying to appeal to their range of Acquaintances.

My last thought is to scan Back Page looking for adds similar to your's.  See where those people are located.

Oh.  Read through the SW reports to know where to stay away from.

Nice website!  Upscale Scottsdale resorts make the most sense for the level you enjoy meeting and playing with.  Any reviews?

Since she clearly states on her web site she does not prefer to have clients write reviews, I am not sure why TER allows her here and to advertise.

I was trying to help the guys since they asked and you had not responded.
Then when saw under FAQ you state you do not want reviews - which is against TER policy (obviously) I understood why you didn't want answer.

Drumsticks,
I wasn't trying to hijack her thread. Just was responding to Jeffrey's request for reviews. She obviously wasn't answering since she doesn't allow them.

So since this is a public forum and I had FACTS to present. I thought I would post that. I just find it odd that TER doesn't allow ladies to post ads and such if they do not allow reviews, yet here is her post.

If I were a guy posting this, I would have been praised but because I am an honest no BS gal I am FALSELY accused of hijacking.

...instead, you could start a new thread about providers who ask for no reviews and whether it's acceptable to ask.

"..clear and uncomplicated.."

Does a small hotel fit with the image you want to create?

Off peak right now.

Snowbirds start arriving after New Year starts. WX gets warmer. Spring Training starts.
I get Spring Fever around the end of Jan, cause I grew up in MA, NH, CT.

If you go to one of the Nation Wide Real Estate sites you can get information on Housing Prices and find a range of prices for clusters..

You should also be able to find Macro information on clusters, average age, average income, children, disposable income.

Only you will know where to locate based upon when your target audience is free to visit with you.

If I remember correctly people commute from Cave Creek to the Phoenix area?

Best Wishes for the Holidays and New Year

Considering the fact that I've gotten on guys recently for saying things on public forums that I felt were unkind, I would be a fkin hypocrite not to interject my opinion here as well.

Who cares if she doesn't allow reviews, and who cares if TER allows her not to allow reviews.  We don't run TER.  It is a service we choose to use.  If we do not like it, we can choose not to use it.

After all, dissatisfaction is the mother of all invention.  If you don't like TER's policies, go create something better.  In the meantime, don't take it out on others.

Kelly
