Dateline:  Poon Valley          July 23, 2008

This reporter has just left a private meeting of the Phoenix Hobby Club who have just closed a deal on a large mansion which will now become the Poon Valley Ranch....

Some of the closely held details that came out of this meeting include that the Ranch will be  membership only.  There will be three levels of membership with rates starting at $1000 to the highest level of $3000...Details of the memberships were not discussed in the meeting I attended.

Renovations have been underway for a while and the Ranch is secure in its opening date of August 15..

The Ranch is financed by some of Poon Valley's leading Pooners and all seemed excited about the long term benefit to Poon Valley the Ranch will bring to their fellow Pooners.

I’ll even let you introduce me as your daddy. And I’ll be respectful of your limitation on age as I’m sure all us senior citizens will be and I’ll even buy you a drink or two. Once you meet us I think you’ll like us. We like you already.

So, I can call ya big papa, can i be your naughty little girl?? lol!  I'm sure we can have fun and I am looking forward to finally being able to explain why i have that restriction in my ad.....i make quite a few exceptions and have loved every minute!
