there are now more ladies at the agencies than are independent.   With so many hotties to choose from how can one go wrong.

the strongest agency lineup in the nation right now (outside of NY, LA & Chicago). It seems like we've had fewer new indies while the agencies have brought in alot of "new blood"....I'm sure it'll even back out over time.

There are quite a few faces on the agency sites who are rarely available, or who are traveling half the time, so it's tough to tell if your conclusion is correct.  Likewise, names come and go from the indy list.  Glen could probably chime in on this question better than anybody, because he's the one who moves the faces around like a fascinating game of checkers (or is it more like trading baseball cards?)
