Hey guys....is Cave Creek just too far out for incall? If so, which location would be most convenient for you. For many reasons Scottsdale is an obvious choice but I'm wondering if a nice quiet place up north would work out.

North phoenix is good.   Cave creek and the 101 or in the desert ridge area would be great.

It seems to me alot of ladies are located up north I would like to see more in the central or Mesa area

Find someplace off the 101. Cave Creek is too far.

Thanks for the input S. How about Troon or Tatum Ranch areas? Those are somewhat of a compromise. Its so quiet up there.

Write down who is likely to contact you--what attributes do they have? I'm guessing income would be a good place to start.  Where will they be comming from? Tourist from a hotel? Their home? Where they work?

You'll have to guess what location will give them easy access to you?  Near an exit off a major motor way?  Would any of the locations be more attractive to your guests?

When customers cannot easily judge "quality" they instinctively look for visual clues plus clues like your location, the path they have to take to meet you, and of course the rooms y'all will be in.

Most people are risk avoiders--when the chances are even for sucess and failure, the choice is to avoid failure.  

When consumers cannot judge the value of similar items they look at the relative prices vrs what they believe is the "quality", benefit.  An example is with basically identical products or services the basic model at arbitrary price $100, mid quality at $200 and best quality at $300. That creates a lot of doubt (risk) for customers, price to quality is identical for each. Doubt means some will not buy, AND some will wonder after they buy if they bought the right one?

By simply moving the price of the medium quality item you can capture the no-buys and drastically reduce those who wonder if they choose right.  $100, $150, $300 people choose $150 because when they compare it to $100, $150 makes the better buy.  $100, $250, $300, people choose $300 because it is a better buy than $250.

Unless you sign a lease you can consider experimenting with different locations.

Location is only one element in attracting clients. If you have a great reputation, it won't matter much where you're located in terms of repeat clients. More important for you is how the location improves your service in that it would be convenient for you, safe and within your budget perimeters.

I personally do not let distance prevent me from visiting a highly rated provider. I've driven all over the Valley, however, I only do that with well-reviewed providers or those recommended to me by a buddy.

Yes, Scottsdale would be the location of choice for many reasons, however, it might not be the location of choice for you. Cave Creek is just fine.

Your reputation is good and your service's are A plus who wouldn’t want to see you.

So you pick the location that’s the best and most comfortable for you.

Don’t let other’s made the decision for you.
