Ladies and gents, looking for opinions on giving 10/10 reviews. I've only given one 10/10 in my decades of hobbying because  i've always understood it to be an experience that is literally once in a lifetime. Yet i see a lot of reviewers giving multiple 10/10s. How can a person give a "once in a lifetime" rating more than once in a lifetime? Am I misunderstanding how the rating system is supposed to work?

You pose a great question!

Given that I generally only see Ladies with excellent scores (Performance!) already, I tend to grade high. However, I have only given about 12% of the Ladies I have seen 10’s in both Appearance and Performance.

In four years, I have had Five “ATF’s” and only two of those received a “10 & 10” from me and one was on a “Re-review,” having not initially given her a “10 & 10.”

Appearance is strictly in the eye of the beholder, so I pay little attention to Appearance scores by my fellow Hobbyists. Additionally, I find Appearance scores to be unreliable for my taste.

Performance is something else again and I take that scoring very seriously. I also find my fellow Reviewers to be quite reliable in scoring Performance, especially “on average.”

Here is my Standard for granting Performance 10’s:

Simply stated; was the Lady’s PERFORMANCE as good or better
than the last Lady I gave a 10 too? If so, I will also give her a “10” for
                        Performance.

Remembering that I only see well Reviewed, highly rated Ladies, I have still given less than 30% of the Ladies I have seen a “Performance 10,” while giving about 40% of the Ladies I have Reviewed a “Performance 10.”

Unfortunately, I think too many Reviewers take the “Once In A Lifetime” description way too seriously and will die waiting to give that first “Performance 10.” I on the other hand want to give “Performance 10’s!” I want to because it means I had one hell of a time and that Lady, for me, was FABULOUS! In other words, as good as, if not better than, the last Lady I gave a “Performance 10” too.

This is indeed a very interesting topic. I am pretty new to the whole "hobby" and only have written 35 reviews. First off let me say I tend to agree with CD fix, although we don't know one another, my philosophy is similar to his or at least it seems so. I have given 5 perfect 10's and the percentage is slightly higher than CD fix's. I do have to say the very first review I wrote of a provider was a 10/10 and probably should have been more on the order of 9/8 or even 8/8 but I was new at this and was very impressionable and was probably over generous. Since that time I think I have been more (or at least tryed) to be more fair. I would admit that at least one of the providers that I rated a 10/9 really deserved a 10/10 (strickly my opinion) but because of TER rules could only rate a 10/9 and also honestly I would probably see her again and again before I might see one I rated a 10/10. Obviously the whole review process is one of great debate is all facets and I hope others comment on this subject.

I've never given a ten on either.  I believe I have done 9 before... really what ever you rate or how you rate I would like to see it be consistent between those you have seen.  No too guys really rate the same so if I am doing my research I not only read her reviews but I go look at what that same guy gave others he visited hoping really its someone I have met to kind of get a baseline for how his rating may match to mine. Just how I go about trying to balance out the differences in the review ratings between guys.  You also have to try and judge was it just an off day for her or maybe those two didnt connect well if there is like one or two low scores in with a bunch of 8s 9s and 10s..

There is the opposite of this. I was looking at a girl in a different city that I was going to. This lady had 18 reviews
That were no worse than 7 and most 8 or 9. Her last review was a 5/6. Ok bad day. No not so fast. I looked up the
Reviewer. All his scored were really low. Now there are two thinks here . First he is a jerk, out to spoil it for the
Lady who probably gave him a 7/8 service, or second, he is simply a jerk. Either way, make hobbits scratch thir head, and wonder what happened here. Jerks are jerks through and through.

ATF is supposed to mean "All Time Favorite," but as CDfix mentioned, he's had 5!

So, it really means "One of my All Time Favorites" in practical use.

The number one rated girl would likely have had every session rated 10/10 in order for her to be at the top.

Does anyone really believe those "10s" mean she was the absolute best experience ever had by every reviewer? So much of this is subjective, anyway, due to chemistry, and how you respond to her approach, etc. I've had guys tell me who have seen 10/10 girls (all or most of their ratings) and paid a lot more for their time tell me they had a much better time with me, but that doesn't necessarily mean I deserve the same rating. We just clicked.

I think the 10/10 rating is analogous to 5 star hotels. You don't give a 5 star rating to only your absolute favorite hotel, but you would to any one that belongs in that group.

My theory has always been that if the lady has been consistently getting 10's and is on the top provider listing, the next reviewer doesn't want to be the one to lower her on the list, if he's planning on seeing her again. There are a couple whose pics aren't 10's even in their heavily airbrushed state, but they always get 10's for looks.

I love the comparison to 5 star hotels  some of us like  The Ritz  but also  enjoy the Four Seasons or other high end  Hotels  the all bring something different to the table .....depending on the location and service.....the 10/10 debate will never be resolved  as it depends on who is doing the reviewing and which desk  the review lands on and the mood of the admin  that is reading it ...from personal experience  I have had several reviews  sent back to reviewer telling them to lower my scores  in order to get them posted as of late though a 10/10  now pops up without  any hassle  its almost as if I have now paid my "dues"  after being reinstated  and they let them go up  am I a 10/10?  Not in my mind  I am not young enough  or hot enough  compared to others  but I do know my service is 5 star  now if you are asking about  the way I treat my clients  and the money I invest in assuring them the WOW factor yes it is  a 10.... I like my clients to enjoy the best  and do not mind spending my money  by investing it  in great hotels and making sure everything is top drawer......some of my reviews are 8's yet at the end they say I am their new AFT and to me that means much  more than the scoring  and feels much more real ....this is a very competive business  and yes  we providers worry about getting that  lower score  as we understand certain men only look at the scores  when they should read between the lines  and make the call on what is written ...there will always be those men that only want the "best " and look at the  top 100 list  yet some of those ladies might only have 20 reviews  where someone that  has 15O  consistant ones over a longer period  of time will not make that cut...I sometimes laugh when a clients books a "top" provider with all  10's and tells it he was scammed or upsold  by her...  the proof is in the reviews if you read them closely but even then some are fake or even paid for or traded for  there is even a guy offering to pay us to write a 10/10  he has made it his business  on TER to contact ladies  with this offer  so buyer beware  and  READ  the  majority  of them  the good and the bad ones before making your choice

As for “ATF’s.” While I have had five "ATF," I have had them in “succession,” NOT simultaneously. In other words, my current “ATF” (Savanah, now for well over a year!) is my fifth in four years and she replaced my previous “ATF,” etc.

I have personally met and Reviewed 8 of the TER Top 10 ladies in Phoenix and I can tell you that there is NOT one of them that is undeserving of their Ranking, phony Reviews or NOT. Of course I probably wouldn’t Rank them in the order they currently reside, but I won’t quibble with my fellow Hobbyists in each of them deserving this lofty honor.

As I said in an earlier “Post,” I pay little attention to the Appearance Scores (a failing I know) but I  do understand that it is 50% of their total for ranking purposes, Unlike my Performance Ratings, where I am very tough, on Appearance I will give a Lady the “benefit of the doubt,” if I am NOT certain between say a “8” or a “9.”

Where does a Hobbyist score things like chemistry, personality, enthusiasm, energy, preparation and charisma? Are they part of Appearance or Performance score? I will bet each Hobbyist has a different way of including any or all of these characteristics.

No matter what, a discerning Hobbyist must “Review The Reviewer ,”as well as the Lady and understand how that Hobbyist scores. I see Hobbyists with lots of Reviews that NEVER score Performance higher than an “8.” That obviously is their “10!”

One other important note. In Posting over 50 Reviews, I have NEVER had TER lower my scores or ask me to lower my scores, except as it relates to their “3 out of 4 attributes rule.” Just hasn’t happened, even when I first started.

I don't know how many hotels people stay at or if the Ritz vs Four Seasons analogy is the same, but if you are having 12 or more sessions a year, I'd say one 10 10 is reasonable per year.

Or, as another poster put it, if you are new and later find it would probably be lower, learn from your lesson and grade accordingly using the benchmarks you now have.

As for hurting the ladies feelings by rating a little lower - 8 8 is more than reasonable in my opinion. Problem is, the ladies are often comparing themselves to the others on the board. It gets complicated, but this is business after all.

As for looks vs service. When I was 30 my view of a woman was much different than today. Both looks and service. The posters experiences and age come into play. I'd venture to say a 35 year old guy is not going to find a 60 year old woman a 10 in looks, but I could be wrong.

There are so many factors in play here. I think reserving your 10 10 for once a year is fine. If I see a poster always putting high marks or over exagerating in their review, I figure there may be another angle in play. But that's my experience.

I don't think once in a lifetime may be the answer, but I like the concept. And my guess would be the hobbyist would see that person multiple times. I think if you rate someone a 10 10 , you should be seeing them a lot... I would... then it is not once in a lifetime.. OUch, my head hurts..

There are so many once in a lifetime experiences we have in this life. Why do we have to limit our experiences with the ladies to just one? Yes I understand what once in a lifetime means, but that doesn't mean I haven't had several once in a lifetime sessions with the same lady even. So you have a once in a lifetime session with a blonde. Then you have one with a redhead, a brunette, a lady with raven black hair, or a lady with beautiful skin art. Everyone of those can be once in a lifetime. Ever go skydiving? Every jump is a once in a lifetime experience. You can't even compare one jump to the next just because every time there is a different view. A different feel. A different expectation. The beautiful Victoria is on to something. Why use numbers why not use stars, and just drop the once in a lifetime description. Women use the term in their ads. Why not let that be the standard. Trying to judge your standards of what you experience to a set of benign standards set by to allow certain scores is asinine. I plan on having so many once in a lifetime experiences with every lady I am going to see in the future that it really makes any scoring system worthless.

When I first started in this business, I found the "top girls" to be very intimidating... like goddesses, or movie stars.

Since then, I've come to realize the I may be the very best experience a guy has and ever had with an escort for many different reasons regardless of whom he has seen before me. I've been told as much many times. So, I too, stopped caring about reviews and scores.. I only care about doing all I can to make that time together as unforgettable as possible with all I have available to do so..."A Five Star Experience."

Each combination of provider and client is unique unto itself. Like snowflakes, no two are ever exactly the same. And that is the real excitement for me in this business. Each date is a possibility of having an amazing an unforgettable experience. You never know who you will meet next and how your experience and interaction with that person will affect you.

And then you had to go get your tattoo redone? haha

It's like there is appearance, then there is performance... then there is something else... the ability to connect or make the whole experience really fun... or just being real that isn't in the scoring system that some guys think is the most important aspect of the date. So they may give you lower scores in just appearance and performance... but that in that "Something else" category, you are a 10.

I used a term in another post that rather than say "GFE" which is confusing and means so many things to so many people, I would say I am "connection oriented." Guys who are mostly stimulated by connection rather than the visual or "skills" really appreciate that. Everything else is just icing on the cake to them.

Wow! Great suggestion. A five star rating scale would be so much more useful than a confusing "once in a lifetime" rating. You rock, Driller.
