As many of you know I am a Packers fan and today the big news was announced.  Brett Favre retiring.  So I am devastated...we were so close to the big game (Super Bowl) now the team will have to rebuild with a new quarterback.

Any one want to come give me something to suck on to make me feel better?  

Brett good luck and thank you.  You did give 17 great years.

I am a huge as in ginormous GIANTS fan however there is not doubt whatsoever that Brett Farve is/was a great QB and a class person on and off the football field.
I'm sure he will go the the hall the first time around.
