Hi ladies,

I want to start a workout group consisting of us girls

I need to tone and I wouldn't mind having some company while I do.

I was thinking maybe we can workout 3-4 days a week for an hour or so and maybe do a healthy lunch after.

If anybody has a nice gym at there place that would be awesome or either we can get gym memberships

Already have a gym membership- been going 5 days a week for 8 weeks now I'm ready!

I have been thinking about working out since Ijust turned 23 my metabolism is slowly starting to slow down. so I need to start working out and I would love to have some ladies who can push me to actually go and work out.
