A rendezvous is a two way street...a dance if you will, that requires both people to engage to make it everything it can be. Can I provide great service to someone that thinks nothing about my stimulation during our session, but wants me to jump through hoops and act like it makes me hot in the process?? Yes, absolutely I can. But it is not as good as it *can* be with someone that gives as much as they want to get, is attentive, and can communicate well during our time together.
Also, if I may make a suggestion...how are you choosing your companions?? I know that for some, it is about pics and price (do I think she's hot, and can I afford her??), but basing a decision solely on the surface stuff ~does~ give a higher chance of YMMV figuring in...
I have found that by marketing myself as a fully developed *person* (instead of just the sex goddess that I am... 
) creates a higher probability that the clients that are attracted to me will share enough common interests (on top of the sexual stuff...) that we usually can connect on a number of levels...making things that much hotter and also easier to explore.
