are now including there scores in their review case in point Sterling's outstanding 10/10 review although they TER posted her scores right he did not take the chance that they might be lowered and covered all bases.too bad reviewers can no longer trust those in control of doing the right thing....soon many will get tired of trying to get their reviews up and will start having to post here about their experience and then will be slammed for shilling..this in not only here in PHX I have seen the same complaints on other Boards like LA..It would be great if Staff would address this issue in an open letter to its paying members and hopefully work out a fair solution I have yet to see anyone from Staff explain what is being done to help matters run more smoothly.....Victoria
