I currently work for an outcall agency in the Phx area, but with all the bad raps that agencies get around here, I have been seriously thinking about going independent.  Are there any Phoenix providers out there that are 'true independents' that could offer advice for getting started - city/state laws, pros/cons to independent, things to watch for, etc.?

I would be truly grateful and appreciative of any honest and helpful advice that a true phx independent provider could give.
