San Tan Valley is also not served by any freeways, only arterial roads.  This drive will take a while, probably something like an hour and a half each way assuming that you are also not driving during rush hour.  

Search BP under escorts and body rubs, put in San Tan Valley and Queen Creek (which is nearby) and there are exactly two matches, those are the only ones I've ever heard of who would be nearby.  The next nearest place that would have any escorts at all would probably be Mesa.   One I know of who is in East Mesa which is kind of close to San Tan Valley, she is the one with the initials "TM" whom I reviewed, although I obviously can't say whether or not she is your type of escort.
