Any suggestions for restaurants are ideal for discrete clandestine encounters? Looking for quiet, discrete, independent bar or restaurants that are good for talking, drinking and eating in the Phoenix area.
My suggestions would be Valle Luna on Bell rd and Moon Valley Grill on 7th St.
Nice thing is they are fairly quiet, and odds of running into anyone you know would probably be quite small. Any resort bar/dining area would fill the bill for that matter. The Phoenician has a nice view, as well as Sanctuary on Camelback.
