Due to the explosion of posts on TER I wish to make it very clear - I was not attacking the agency girl. I would never attack any provider, especially publicly. If I have a beef, I would ask for clarity. Nothing else. Was tired of the shills, one after the other so I posted on the thread of the shill. Error in judgement on my part since so many took it way out of proportion. Everyone jumped on the bandwagon and the slamming was in full force. My mistake.

I have always been cordial, giving references and recommendations every time. Calm the feathers and remember, I meant no harm to anyone, just tired of the shills which seem to dominate the board.

there has always been a rivalry between indys and agencies.. thats not exactly a secret.

i think some people take things a lil bit too seriously on this board. alot of DRAMA QUEENS that want to make big deals instead of just laughing off a good natured poke.

i had a client give diana as a reference and he was really closemouthed i dont know why but she helped me for 3 days getting the information out of him we needed..

believe me, she has no concern about competition

do you really think that an indy who builds sites at no charge for other indys is 'jealous' of the competition ?
 
is an agency owner ever jealous of an agency girl ?

i'm ok with being a 6/7/8 in looks.. i'd really rather not attract men who place such a high value on looks because i feel i have more to offer.

anyone can get plastic surgery and be a 10.. i feel sorry for those girls that feel like they need to.

btw, nice to see you have a sense of humor and can have a lil fun.

just so you know, i feel the same way about dinner as i do about lunch but here's my rates page just in case you ever want to try to talk me into it.  sometimes i get a lil quirky and say yes.

Flunkies posting 30+ insults? I only have 3 flunkies 2 black guys and a blonde girl and none can post without asking me first!!!! J

Your integrity was questioned when you started posting erratically then blowing off any offer of solution to the situation.

You attacked my post in private and offered insults not advice.

A white flag is only offered in a fight, no fight no flag, interesting concept huh?

I applaud anyone who can build a site I'm lucky if I can turn the damn computer on.

And yes I am jealous of the agency girls, I get to see how much money they make!!!

what was wrong with the post that you call a shill.  You seem to think that just by labeling it a shill, it is OK for you to intervene because of your tiredness of them.  None of you have ever actually made a case as to why the post, and posts like it, are something you should even concern yourself with.  Is it a marketing thing?  Do you think it will detract from your business?  

I would like to have at least one of you have the guts to actually make a case as to why a post recommending another provider is A) any of your business, and b) offensive in any way.  if you can do that, maybe you will get back some credibility.
